Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Network Information Security (NIS) is responsible for the definition of our security strategy to hands on execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from predominantly local to centralized services. Global Technology is responsible for driving the adoption and operation of global IT services across the organization.

The Enablement - Programme Services & Operations (PS&O) team is a centralized support organization within Internal Firm Services (IFS) that provides services to engagements within PwC’s Global Network. The goal of the (PS&O) team is to promote standardization and consistency for all global technology and security products and services that takes into consideration overarching goals of the territories and products to create a less disruptive implementation timeline, improved delivery quality, and customer relationship management.

Demonstrates abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Use written and verbal communication skills, including problem/conflict resolution;

  • Create professional networks (internal and external) and building relationships at all levels of seniority and lines of the organization to aid in business development;

  • Keep stakeholders informed, including initiating and maintaining positive working relationships;

  • Leverage and develop relationships to become a trustworthy and reliable resource capable of influencing stakeholder decisions;

  • Sustain attention to detail to ensure high accuracy;

  • Logical and systematic approach complex problems and provide alternative solutions; and,

  • Expert with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Project.

Does this describe you?

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Have experience as both an individual contributor and team member, operating as a member of a PMO and/or project manager or business analyst using standard industry processes and tools;

  • Have experience around program and/or project management concepts and processes and understanding of the Business Analysis framework, business processes, and business requirements;

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships

  • Have experience analyzing and aggregating project and program-level metrics into executive-level dashboards and/or status reports;

  • Have the ability to perform structured and objective analysis & develop recommendation / make decisions given incomplete and conflicting information;

  • Have the ability to prioritize and perform work with minimum direction in a complex, diverse environment with rapidly changing priorities;

  • Be proficient communication skills (both verbal and written) that enable clear, effective, tactful and tailored interaction with varied audiences (upward & downward), with sensitivity to culture;

  • Have the ability to effectively facilitate complex subject matter (regardless of expertise) to elicit required information and enable effective decision making; and,

  • Have an even temperament and the ability to operate under strict confidentiality with regular access to sensitive documents and information.
