Position
We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Moët Hennessy Vietnam. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for managing the company's e-commerce and Shopify platform, developing, and maintaining the website, as well as managing the order taking process, arranging logistics, and following up on payments. The successful candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

E-Commerce Execute with Excellence:
- Develop and maintain the Shopify platform, including updating content, creating landing pages, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage the order taking process, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and arrange logistics for orders, including coordinating with shipping and follow up on payments to ensure timely receipt of funds.
- Monitor & analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategy.
- Manage daily operation of e-business platform including direct site and key partners, driving traffic/conversion to field business growth
- e-Retail Kit & Content Enrichment - enhance product image and brand identity in key partners’ platform, ensure MH products visual are consistent through the e-retail space
- Online Visibility Enchantment - provide quality image and content for activation, e.g., development of EDM / E-Banner / blog / social media features / video content
- Develop consumer experience, via working closely with in-house development to enhance website infrastructure & shopping experience.
- Act as a pilot study to e-retail channel
- Support stock control & price setting in e-business platform
- Support festive and seasonal planning, pushing boundaries for enhanced delivery propositions
- Identify growth opportunity including sales campaigns, exclusive offers campaigns
Data Collection & Analysis
- Analyze data to uncover market insights to drive business growth
- Provide e-retail performance report on regular basis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry, including competitive analysis and consumer insights, and create and maintain reports monitoring industry trends and best practices in data analysis and market research to continuously improve performance, presenting findings to the management, and making recommendations for improvements.
Other Development
- Develop internal and external training and education materials together with internal stakeholders.
- Collect and synthesize best practices, both internal and external, to promote internal capability-building
- Collaborate with regional e-business teams on best practice application and sharing
Profile
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of market research methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
