Job description

We are currently hiring for a Security Operations Manger to be part of a Security Management Team providing operational management to a team of security Supervisors, Controllers and Officers.

Responsibilities

• Determine, foster and maintain key relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and guide a team of Security Supervisors promoting growth and knowledge.
• Review training resources and update as necessary on the training matrix.
• Maintain records and associated administration.
• Prepare and /or contribute to any necessary reports as deemed necessary by the Account Manager or other stakeholders.
• Liaise with Cluster Training Manager to ensure induction training and continual training is achieved.
• Ensure proper levels of staffing are provided in conjunction with the admin support team and to client requirements.
• Attend meetings, internal and external, as appropriate to role.
• Setting objectives for the site teams – and measuring the results
• Lead KPI meetings with the client management team responsible for your site(s) and achieve appropriate scoring.

Other duties as required, to promote and improve the operational standards and performance of the account, relevant to the role. Any other reasonable instruction/duty.

• Able to interact with people at all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to inspire others.
• Self-disciplined, organised and highly capable of managing own workload and deadlines.
• Proactive, innovative and practical approach.
• Reliable, conscientious and cooperative.
• Positive mental attitude and team player
• 2 + years experience in a similar role
• Able to generate reports on excel
