職責﹕

【客戶維繫】維繫客戶關係,協助處理客戶需求,以及傳達公司重要訊息

【業務開發】開發潛在客戶及銷售合作夥伴及公司業績目標達成

【市場分析】市場資訊蒐集、分析與實務運用

【合作提案】提案簡報製作,並對客戶做產品說明、報價及後續進度追蹤

【溝通協調】了解客戶需求及公司規範,進一步與內外部溝通協調,以達成雙方共識

資格與要求

  • 獨立作業,自主管理能力強

  • 具抗壓性、危機處理與解決問題能力

  • 良好的跨部門溝通及團隊合作能力

  • 良好的英文口語表達及書面寫作能力

  • 熟悉Microsoft Office (Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

  • 三年以上業務經驗,具業務背景為佳

  • 大學或以上學歷

  • 加分項目:具備銀行信用卡收單工作經驗、具備其他支付業工作經驗、具開發能力強
