Collaborate across departments, maintain accurate records, and guide internal teams on contractual matters.
We're seeking a Contracts Officer to play a pivotal role within our client's team. This role involves working within a collaborative team environment to create vital contracts (in partnership with other key stakeholders), setting the stage for sustained success.
Responsibilities:
- In consultation, prepare, review, and modify contractual documents, including agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents to create a suite of contract documents to be tailored to specific projects and arrangements.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate across teams, offering contractual guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and communications.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualifed in Business, Law, Commerce or relevant extensive experience.
- Solid and demostrable experience of contract law and drafting.
- Clear communication of complex ideas.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude.
