本职位汇报给亚太区战略采购总监。
工作包含全球和地区战略采购数据分析以及目标的制定和项目实施，以及新项目落地生产计划衔接相关的工作。
工作范围包含：
- 战略采购计划的分析，制定和执行；
- 供应商战略合作开发和管理；
- 亚太工厂Sourcing和PPV的计划和执行，全球工厂的供应链支持；
- ERP系统的数据管理；
- Inventory和Turn等工厂KPI指标的协助达成；
主要职责:
- 根据公司发展战略，制定供应链战略规划；
- 负责东南亚战略采购及供应链开发和部署；
- 支持海外工厂在亚太的战略采购业务；
- 协助集团和公司全球战略供应链架构的优化工作；
- 负责采购价值链分析并协助团队开展价值链改善工作；
- 负责团队精益采购技能培训；
- 负责公司供应链系统规章制度完善及流程优化；
- 协助职能组织开展和管理项目工作；
- 支持团队本地化项目的其他工作需求；
- 协助战略采购以及项目管理工具的开发，维护以及优化；
