Job Description
The OEM Engagement Manager is responsible for leading a team of GOTC, OEM PM and OEM Team Leaders to support the OEM Team in OEM customer engagements for technology adoption of RA control and software products. Customer Engagements include proof of concept, system architecture review / recommendations, customer visits, application programming consultation, machine development and debug assistance. The OEM Engagement Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the OEM Segment teams, district OEM sales resources, commercial and marketing teams to drive out technical resource and development needs of the GOTC application team. This individual will develop and execute the organizational and procedural plans to align with the Global OEM business strategy.
