Description
The position was mainly established for the purpose of supporting the Business Development Team. The Key Account Manager shall be responsible for developing and maintaining solid relationships with the company's key clients in the assigned market segment. The candidate will oversee the company's growth revenue, by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, and attending all meetings, conventions, fairs, exhibitions of the related sector. He/She will be responsible for deeply knowing his/her assigned market, developing the necessary network of contacts, and scouting new potential key customer.

Responsibilities
Develop a deep knowledge of the market and identify new business opportunities in line with the overall strategy of the company;
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs/requirements are taken into consideration by the proposal team during bid preparation;
Helping the management in prioritizing the key opportunities for Asso;
Organize meetings, technical workshops, presentation, visits to/with customers to boost the cooperation with clients;
Participate to selected exhibition, fairs, forums, conferences worldwide;
Act as a bid “sponsor” throughout the different phases of the bid, and support the commercial team through negotiations with customers, providing insights and intelligence;
Cooperate with marketing function to enhance the Asso brand recognition in the market;
Act as “sentinel” in the assigned market, reporting to all the relevant function about the latest technological trends;
Requirements
Bachelor degree;
Postgraduate degree or qualification in related disciplines will be a plus;
3-5 years of relative working experience;
Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
Very good knowledge of PC skills and MS office (Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to travel up to 50% of working time;
Strong interpersonal skills, networking abilities and a customer-centric approach are important;
