ResponsibilitiesImplement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
Provide on-the-job coaching for subordinates and support them to handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard
Participate in product development to enrich the service platform
Perform regular training and guidance to team members
Provide wealth management planning ideas with products across the company
Comply with regulatory requirements and group policies
Explore new market and business opportunities of Wealth Management products, participate in business planning and development
Provide professional advice and risk management solutions to clients
Establish and maintain good relationship with our partners, design and negotiate cost-effective solutions to cater for our clients’ needs
Requirements
Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
10+ years’ relevant experience in Banking and Wealth Management
Strong client network and good interpersonal communication skills
Basic knowledge of cross-asset classes investment instruments
Familiar with the Wealth Management products related laws, rules and regulations
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with strong business acumen
Good project management skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Station in Macau
