We invite you to join our team as a session leader with the following responsibilities:
* Conduct 1-3 weekly sessions, each lasting 1-2 hours. Allow time for setup and cleanup and be able to dedicate about 6 hours per week, possibly more or fewer hours depending on the successful candidates.
* Possess a genuine love and passion for the growth and development of all children.
* Exhibit a vibrant, bubbly personality while maintaining a sense of calm, and be warm, friendly, approachable, gentle, and enthusiastic.
* Demonstrate patience, kindness, and respect for all children and their needs.
* Be assertive in managing the class effectively, ensuring the best possible experience for everyone.
* Excel at communication and be accessible to parents, lending a non-judgmental
* Have experience working with children, either professionally or personally, and show a keen interest in their development.
* Be dependable and trustworthy, a quick learner, able to follow directions and lesson plans, organise music, set up and take down equipment, greet children and their parents, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the equipment and venue.
* Possess outstanding attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
* Take pride in your work and have a strong belief and passion for play.

Essential Criteria:
· Current First Aid Certificate
· Current Working with Children Check
· Car and driver's license.
· Comprehensive car insurance
· Passion for working with children.
