Description Fiza is a built-in service that connects active customers with financial institutions via Zalo.
What you will do
- Sourcing and cultivating relationships with banks and other financial institutions to explore business opportunities with Fiza;
- Sculpting proposal documents, giving presentations and consistently following up with partners to close the deal;
- Managing growth of relationships once implemented;
- Collaborating with internal business, technology and operations teams and external partners to design and maintain end-to-end processes and systems;
- Communicating and negotiating with clients at varying levels of authority to address potential risks and effectively solve any problems arising;
- Working with the internal team to ensure partnerships and projects are properly implemented and executed.

What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales/ account management role in the BFSI or SAAS industry.
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good command of English is highly preferred;
- Dynamic, professional, and independent with a pro-active mind-set;
- Keen on innovation.
