Tomtom Suites The Old Franciscan House, Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) looking for its Welcome Desk Agents.
Looking for team members who are thoughtful, kind and innovative, have the ability to consider details, fulfill the guests' each requests,experienced, cultured and enthusiastic, positive, talented, confident and open-minded , having the sense of Turkish hospitability, welcoming, informative and friendly.
Desired Skills and Specializations
- Welcome each guest with a warm smile, eye contact, a friendly greeting, using the guest's name.
- Actively listen and respond positively the questions, concerns, and requests
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Handle sensitive issues with guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Process all operations at the front desk
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office,or related professions.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English; any other language is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in emergency situations.
