UVeye is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us and lead multi-disciplinary projects from idea to general availability readiness.
In this role, you will assimilate the Project Life Cycle methodology for complex and diverse products involving multiple departments & disciplines in different Automotive industry markets.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Manage complex multi-disciplinary projects from specification definition to proof of concept and general availability readiness.
- Accountability through all PLC stages from initiation and planning through execution and testing until delivery and general availability readiness.
- Plan and track the project progress, both short and long term, identify and mitigate risks, collect and analyze data, and control timeline, resource, and budget allocation for smooth project execution.
- Maintain & present a clear and practical picture of the project status to managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-functional alignments between R&D, Product, Service, Account, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Field.
- Manage customer activities: field tests, Beta, and evaluations for new products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects of software+Hardware+Algorithms from a multidisciplinary company - Must
- B.Sc. in Engineering.
- Experience working with Machine Learning and Computer Vision algorithms teams - Must
- Working with Image-based Deep Learning algorithms teams – Advantage.
- Proven execution skills at meeting project goals with desired quality, performance, schedule & budget.
- Vast experience with Project Management methodologies and Agile processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines.
- Experience in the automotive industry – an advantage.
- Experience working in agile startup companies - Advantage
