They are a team of customer-focused experts with a cooperative working style, who value work ethic and a cheerful environment and are looking for a coordinator to support the logistics of their sales team.

Role description:

In this role, you will provide administrative services in support of Customers, Account Managers and Quoting team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for sales support to the sales team including:
  • Managing customer requests
  • Helping to meet contracted customer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Overseeing customer fleet movements. Updating asset management databases.
  • Producing and coordinating reports for customers and account managers
  • Processing supplier returns
  • Liaising with suppliers on products, purchase orders and ETA’s
  • Coordinating, organising the run-up or QA of new units sold and getting appropriate software onto device
  • Despatching goods to customers and maintaining courier records
  • Tracing undelivered orders
  • Receipting goods into stock

This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities:

  • High level of attention to detail and numeric accuracy
  • Sound knowledge of general administrative requirements of service and sales environment
  • Competent and experienced in MS Office
  • Ability to quickly assimilate industry terminology as appropriate and required
  • Be a natural helper, friendly, flexible and possess genuine integrity
  • Have some experience in performing detail-driven tasks
  • IT experience/knowledge would be an advantage
  • Be motivated to show initiative, build and follow processes, and identify efficiencies
  • Be confident in dynamically re-prioritising their day on the go
  • Bring a happy, positive and energetic personality to our team
