- Manage operations of a multi cousin restaurant and train & motivate the team.
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Maximize customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present forecasts and management reports
- Ensure regulatory compliances
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- 4 years experience in managing a medium scale multi cousin restaurant
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
