In this high-level Assessment Officer role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development and delivery of training
- Undertaking assessments, collating information and providing expert advice via phone communication
- Contributing to the response development and options for students and/or their families who are in need of assistance
- Receiving/analysing reports and extensive accurate record keeping
- Working collaborately with related departments and stakeholders to offer coordinated service options

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 12 months experience in an Assessments focused role within a similar contact centre environment
- A background in working within complex situations or on similar cases will be highly favoured
- Ability to provide sound judgement from evidence gathered
- High attention detail
- Working collaboratively within team to meet shared goals
